Horrible experience at this dealership, bought a brand new Jeep here 2017 and when I had bought it they threw in 2 free detailing services. Also bought the 7 year extende at this dealership, bought a brand new Jeep here 2017 and when I had bought it they threw in 2 free detailing services. Also bought the 7 year extended warrantee. Went back to use the detailing services and they said they could not honour it due to new management, also having issues with my door and they wanted to charge me an inspection fee of $140 even though my latches and hinges are covered int he warrantee. I also brought my jeep here regularly for oil changes and to get serviced, after my fourth service, realized my coolant liquid was extremely low, turns out they never refilled it at my last service which was only a month ago before I realized how low it was. They filed an investigation on that issue but haven't heard back. It's been 2 months now. Also installed my entire sound system incorrectly which I had to use my warrantee to come back and have reinstalled. No managers around for support or assistance and service just keeps giving you the run around. Do not waste your time or money here. Bunch of scammers. More

Poor service Keys left at reception with Invoice (over-charged), service staff not available to correct the Invoice. Brake problem reported while handing over the Keys left at reception with Invoice (over-charged), service staff not available to correct the Invoice. Brake problem reported while handing over the Jeep, suggested fix by technician over the phone, agreed to price to fix the problem, Invoiced, problem not resolved as yet. Looks like for everything they do we have to go back twice. I've done 4 or 5 services at this centre and this is not the first time I've been asked to come back. Very disappointing! More
