Feeling at ease I came in with an off brand vehicle (Mazda) in mind that I saw on Autotrader. She went out of her way to help me get to the dealership since I had to take a coach bus from Waterloo to get to Mississauga. She has a way to make people feel at ease. Unexpectedly purchased a vehicle We went into this dealership on a whim. I guess Andie was doing some cold calls and she happened to call my husband. She asked us to come out and see if there was anything on the lot we'd like and we could make a deal! I was skeptical, but my husband said let's go in. We did...and I'm so thankful we did. From the time I met Andie, I liked her. She has a great personality and is very friendly. I've purchased a few cars before and this is the best experience yet. Andie showed is about 5 or 6 options based on our needs, and we chose the one we liked best. There was a few hiccups along the way and when it looked like we may not be able to get the vehicle we wanted, she went out of her way to find a few more options to show us. When she realized I wasn't happy with any of those options, she went above and beyond to help us get the vehicle we wanted. It took a few extra days, but in the end we drove home our first choice vehicle. Thank you so much Andie! More

Horrible experience at this dealership, bought a brand new Jeep here 2017 and when I had bought it they threw in 2 free detailing services. Also bought the 7 year extende at this dealership, bought a brand new Jeep here 2017 and when I had bought it they threw in 2 free detailing services. Also bought the 7 year extended warrantee. Went back to use the detailing services and they said they could not honour it due to new management, also having issues with my door and they wanted to charge me an inspection fee of $140 even though my latches and hinges are covered int he warrantee. I also brought my jeep here regularly for oil changes and to get serviced, after my fourth service, realized my coolant liquid was extremely low, turns out they never refilled it at my last service which was only a month ago before I realized how low it was. They filed an investigation on that issue but haven't heard back. It's been 2 months now. Also installed my entire sound system incorrectly which I had to use my warrantee to come back and have reinstalled. No managers around for support or assistance and service just keeps giving you the run around. Do not waste your time or money here. Bunch of scammers. More
