They did almost lose the sale though when the manager tried to hardball before leaving the lot. Feeling at ease I came in with an off brand vehicle (Mazda) in mind that I saw on Autotrader. Unexpectedly purchased a vehicle We went into this dealership on a whim. I guess Andie was doing some cold calls and she happened to call my husband. She asked us to come out and see if there was anything on the lot we'd like and we could make a deal! I was skeptical, but my husband said let's go in. We did...and I'm so thankful we did. From the time I met Andie, I liked her. She has a great personality and is very friendly. I've purchased a few cars before and this is the best experience yet. Andie showed is about 5 or 6 options based on our needs, and we chose the one we liked best. There was a few hiccups along the way and when it looked like we may not be able to get the vehicle we wanted, she went out of her way to find a few more options to show us. When she realized I wasn't happy with any of those options, she went above and beyond to help us get the vehicle we wanted. It took a few extra days, but in the end we drove home our first choice vehicle. Thank you so much Andie! More
