He cheated me with a completely damaged vehicle. I did not know the inside details of the van, I needed the vehicle because of my work. I work very far away from the place where I live. Ever since I got the vehicle there has been a BIG ISSUE AT LEAST ONCE IN A MONTH (MAJOR ISSUE) and I paid crazy amounts to fix the problem all the time. When driving on the highway the vehicle stops with a red alarm. It is not just repairing. I literally feel I am in danger every time I drive the van. Please PUBLIC don’t buy any vehicle from this dealer. I am writing this for public safety and everyone’s well-being. I suffered and am suffering still with this vehicle. Well wear do I start. Firs I am surprised that this is as high as 3.3 but I guess that they don't screw up everyone's sale. I bought a 2017 Tucson with 162k in September of 2022. Here are my issues so far up to and including today. 1. Back up cameras stopped working. Paid $150 deductible on the crappy extended warranty I bought. 2. Engine blew in October 2022, it had been on recall for years but instead of fixing it or letting me know, they let me buy it. 3. LIN BUS errors 4. My headlights randomly turn on and off 5. Most recent I have a low tire. I only know this because a neighbour pointed it out because my xxxxx tire sensors do not work. I had a A/C problem that I took it in for and after 3 hours they wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee of over $300 to tell me that. It's July, its 28 degrees out. I know. Took it to a local place that fixed it for $130.00 I complained a few times but to no avail, so I gave up. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! Consider yourself warned. More
My Mississauga had my Journey from August 2023 BEFORE the warranty was done to repair two things, the driveshaft and the radio/nav system. After going to them for MONTHS to report the problems, they finally warranty was done to repair two things, the driveshaft and the radio/nav system. After going to them for MONTHS to report the problems, they finally agreed to change the radio/nav system and the driveshaft. My truck stayed there for almost FIVE MONTHS! I went back on several occasions and in the fall noticed the interior was covered with leaves (pic) because the sun roof was left open. The truck was not drivable, so it was basically parked and forgotten, oxidized brakes and all. I finally got my truck back a couple days before the new year and noticed the noise was still there. Called to report the issues and took it back after the new year to do a test drive with the mechanic who fixed it. I was told they fixed some parts on the passenger side and will order the parts to fix the rest of the driveshaft on the passenger side and IF the noise continued, THEN they'll order the parts to fix the driver's side. I asked why not fix both at the same time and was told warranty might kick it back, so best to do one side at a time. Three weeks later, the passenger side is completed and the noise is still there. I call to ask them to order the parts for the driver side and was told by Elvin, the service manager that the dealership paid to complete the fix of the passenger side so I was on my own to fix the driveshaft on the driver's side. Elvin, the same service manager who kept reminding me there were others who have been waiting six months for parts and I was at least lucky to have a loaner that I waited weeks to get which, based on the level of the warranty I had, I was supposed to get same day. The picture shows the current state of the driver side driveshaft. It's leaking oil, same thing that happened to the passenger side and because My Mississauga is so scammy, they sat on this problem for months running the clock on the warranty, fixing one side of the problem and sending you on your way . But you're to be grateful that you got a loaner and one side of a two sided problem fixed. Oh! and scraping the oxidation off your brakes and 10% discount on a future oil change. Such a generous service manager. More
I brought a new truck for second oil change (9000km), returned to me with damage on door. Used twice a year to haul motorcycle to track. Would have been safer going to a Jiffy lube. They told me to come back in spring. xxx. Now I have to get it fixed properly which I will be out of pocket for. Everything has to be removed from door so it can be repainted and blended in. Properly done over 1000 dollars. Door has to be repainted due to damage to paint. Right in the middle of door. Most expensive oil change ever. DO NOT bring your expensive vehicle here for any mechanical work, even a simple oil change. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this dealership. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. The faster this dealership goes out of business, the better for everyone. A very unsatisfied customer. More

Most people at this place are very nice, although my first experience, I was told they had no 2023 Jeep GC to test drive, when they clearly had them on their lot. I left that day, but they called me back to "apologize" on behalf of the salesman (Wish I knew his name to put here) but really they made an example out of me to teach the salesman a lesson. I feel they said whatever needed to secure the deal with me so they could rub it in the salesman's face who denied me a 2023 test drive. And here I thought I was special. lol Just another Dealership. Will nicely say/promise things to get the sale, but will not necessarily honour it. They even promised my wife an Interview for a position she is qualified for at their dealership, during the sale... They never called her after the sale was complete. As for the Jeep I now have. It will be my last thanks to Uconnect 5.0. buyer beware. More

My Mississauga Chrysler has been and still is our go to for cars for some time. However Mr. Dorosti did not show the level of attention to detail, care, organization and experience I believe someone in his position in the company should have. Frankly he just did nothing, no follow ups literally nothing. I wouldn’t recommend he handle future customer’s financials. Please Request Mr. Alvarez!! He deserves promotion and a raise. Not only is he knowledgeable, and knows what he’s talking about. But he’s timely, personable and does his job to the highest standard with the customer in mind instead of big corporations. I had a very unprecedented terrible experience with this dealership especially the lady I dealt with.. I went to the dealership to purchase a car as a new buyer , I was introduced to meet a guy whom I had b dealership especially the lady I dealt with.. I went to the dealership to purchase a car as a new buyer , I was introduced to meet a guy whom I had believed work there. This guy together with Meghan a lady who works in the financial department did whatever they could to get me to sign the contract upon knowing I was a new buyer and two hours after I signed the contract, I regretted since I found out my insurance was extremely high and emailed this lady back but there was no response. As the deal happened on a weekend, the lady didn’t get back to me but the third party who pretended to work there got back to me on WhatsApp and told me the deal was done, the loan had been approved by the bank and there was nothing I could do about it. He added that I should come pick up the car because the car belonged to me since I signed the contract. I called the lady who worked at the dealership and this guy and pleaded with them to cancel the contract since it will cause financial damage to me . Within that week , they made my life miserable by constantly telling me “NO”. The guy even started threatening me that if I didn’t pick up the car and it gets lost , the bills are still on me, the guy told me to call whomever I wanted to call, it was still my responsibility to pay for the 30000 dollar car finance. The guy told me the bank were gonna start deducting me that weeks Friday for the car and there was nothing I could do about it. The lady (Meghan) stopped answering my phones call and text messages and I was really depressed, frustrated and very nervous. I did the only thing someone like me can do best , call a trusted person for an advise and prayed onto the lord to deliver me from this crisis. Now the dealership delivered the car to my parkway and left the keys on the doorstep without informing me .I wasn’t aware the car was even dropped on my compound until the following day . I texted Meghan Wher the keys were since she refused my calls, but she replied with where she they dropped the keys. . I started calling the bank to explain my situation to them , the bank wanted to help but advise me to deal with the dealership since the deal was already done . I continued doing the only thing I could do and this pray onto God to deliver me . Now Meghan removed herself out of the picture, this guy Solomon tried to Scam and extort 3000 dollars from me all in the name of finding someone to buy the car from me . Two days after they dropped the car, I went to the dealership and asked to speak with a manager, I explained my situation to the manager and I was advised to come back the following day , interestingly the moment I left the dealership, Meghan called me and decided to help me so she scheduled a meeting with me the day the manager was to call me . I went there with a witness to her office, as she was stepped out of the office , everything was explained to her colleagues and they seemed really surprised. After they called her into the office I made her aware of how displeased I was and how I didn’t like the services she had given me and the way she treated me till that time . Something was a bit off because she didn’t have the audacity to speak to me anyhow like she did over the phone . I told her to cancel the deal and immediately she wrote a letter and cancelled the deal . I made sure to make a complaint to her manager who apologized for Meghan’s actions , that day was the day I found out the third party( the guy) didn’t work there . That same day, the car was picked from where I lived thanks to God. Oh and I blocked and deleted that guy and his name was Solomon. Now I encourage everyone who goes into this dealership or any dealership to never sign any contract without bringing it home to read everything, because the dealers don’t want you to read so u don’t have a change of mind. Also if you don’t understand anything, always ask to speak to a manager and I learnt that out of inexperience and the hard way. I will never ever recommend this dealership to anyone. I hope this review finds someone and everyone who may potentially make the mistakes that I made and if you are already in that kind of problem, I encourage you to go and speak with a manager because the managers can empathize, sympathize and do something for you better than the dealers. More
