I visited 2 or more dealerships before mycar I was starting to get jaded with the heavy, heavy sales push and the lack of customer care from the other dealerships. Over the period of a week or two I came into mycar (Richmond dealership) a couple of times and talked through my options. I found my contact person, Mike Fleury, friendly and personable. I bought a Dodge Caravan 2014 and was happy with my purchase and the customer service from mycar. Since buying the car a couple of months ago, I've been very happy with the vehicle. I'm impressed that they drove it over 3 hours from North Bay to Richmond with the understanding that if it was the wrong car, we could walk away. It was the right car. Upon leaving the forecourt, the right blinker wasn't working. So I took the car straight back. Lots of apologies and within 10 minutes I was back on the road. No problems since. Great experience. Would recommend. More
