Purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Car is great, my deposit was supposed to be refunded the day I picked up the car. Has been over a week so far and still no refund for my deposit. No it was not applied to the car, I specifically asked for it to be refunded. They took my cc info, and several emails throughout the week and still no refund. Have filed a complaint with the BBB and dispute with Visa. Beware....if you leave a deposit, make sure they refund your card the day you leave. Unbelievable this company. More

We just took our Avalanche home last night. We enjoyed dealing with Matt, he is a very nice person. When time came for him to speak to his Manager on our behalf, he did represent us very well. He worked hard at getting us the best deal and the most value for the vehicle we were exchaning. Of course we would have liked to get a little more money for our SUS but overall it was a good deal. The gentlemen in fincance was very helpful and also worked hard at getting us the best loan possible. He understood our needs and our concerns. We purchased our SUV at My Car in 2003 therefore, it is obvious that we are happy customers cause we just went back and purchased a truck.
