They give you keys to test drive vehicles on your own, they take the time to explain everything and they bend over backwards to make your purchase exactly what you want. Even though it is a bit out of my way, I intend to take my SUV back to them for all the routine service and warranty work. This is they type of dealership that I want to start a long term relationship with. More

No pressure, no smoke and mirrors. No pressure, Erik brought us out (and let us drive) 6 different cars so we could find the right one. At no time was there the typical "gotta buy now o No pressure, Erik brought us out (and let us drive) 6 different cars so we could find the right one. At no time was there the typical "gotta buy now or else" sales pitch crap. No running back and forth to a manager. Once we found the car we wanted, Tony E made financing easy and everything was clearly explained, no surprises. Car was delivered on time and looked brand new thanks to the detailing they did. I'll buy my next car here and will recommend these guys to my friends. More
No pressure; a pleasurable experience We were looking to purchase a new SUV with some luxury features, the 2016 Tucson was the ieading contender. An internet search brought me to MyCar and We were looking to purchase a new SUV with some luxury features, the 2016 Tucson was the ieading contender. An internet search brought me to MyCar and offer a number of very low mileage 2016 Santa Fe's with comparable features at prices much lower than the Tucson. I thought there was going to be a catch... I was wrong. This was not the used car lot we feared. This turned out to be an easy, if not pleasurable, experience. The professionalism of our sales representative was outstanding. Tim explained the features of the car and let us take it for a drive by ourselves. He helped resolve our issues with the car without being pushy, and more importantly without being condesending. The car was delivered beautifully detailed, essentially a new car. We now have a new car with better interior space than what we were considering at a price which I still cannot believe. More

So after getting 3 different car in 2 years I did end up with the car I needed but will be paying a lot more than I was told I would thanks my car. More

The salesperson, James Morphy was courteous but not gushy and was very straightforward on how they conducted transactions. There was no playing around and making you wait a long time for counter offers, or offering money making schemes. In short it was pretty easy and we felt very satisfied with our purchase. I particularly liked that they take your chosen vehicle to your own mechanic and bring it back with your mechanics report to act on. This was done prior to my offer. I received my car that was perfectly detailed and I was presented with a long checklist to go over in an unrushed atmosphere. It was encouraging that they give you such a detailed list. Since I picked the car up I have phoned with a couple of questions that have been answered promptly and satisfactorily. I will definitely use this dealership in the future. More

Compared to all the o After 14 years, decided(forced) to retire my Civic. Was looking for a specific Nissan Model and found a listing online at MyCar. Compared to all the other dealerships, the price was below the competitors prices. Spoke to Tim and was offered to come in to check it out. The office was busy but I was able to get a test drive within a few minutes. I was also provided with a copy of the accident reports on the vehicule and other comparable vehicules that I was looking at. I purchased the car under the condition that they would fix some minor body damage. They fixed it within a day and I picked it up the next day. I highly recommend buying from MyCar for the friendly and stress free service. More
