Great selection of many makes; good prices; no pressure I recently had need to get a car quickly. I was interested in a late model SUV and went to some new car dealerships, but the prices were sky high, sa I recently had need to get a car quickly. I was interested in a late model SUV and went to some new car dealerships, but the prices were sky high, salesmen put pressure on, and were just interested in a sale and not my best interest. I decided to check with My Car for a one or two year old version of what I was interested in, and there was a great selection. I test drove several different makes, and years, and trim levels of SUV's, and got a better overview than going just to one dealer which wouldn't allow comparisons with other makes. Mike Fleury helped me expand my list of suitable vehicles and I found one that really suited my needs. I then checked over a couple of trim packages of this model, and found one I loved. (My Car has a lot of vehicles on their Richmond lot.) My Car even allowed my mechanic to do a 'once over' for the vehicle to further reassure me it was a good purchase. Everything was professionally done, the price was way better than for a new vehicle (and fairly low mileage for a used vehicle). So far I am very happy with my purchase. This is the third vehicle I have bought from them over the years, happy with all of them. Kudos to this company. More

A happy buyer We have been looking for a 2015 Subaru Impreza for several months. Having looked at over 20 across Ontario and Quebec we had just about given up. We knew of My CAR but had not looked at their used fleet. We found two there one which was in our price range and had all the additions we wanted. After a short discussion on minor issues we closed the deal. We were very happy with the the service and professionalism for these folks and would have no problem recommending them to future buyers. Be careful I had previously posted my dissatisfaction over the fact that the car that was delivered had different tires (cheap Antares tires from China versus M I had previously posted my dissatisfaction over the fact that the car that was delivered had different tires (cheap Antares tires from China versus Michelin Primacy mxm4 tires) from those that were on the car when I took a test drive and agreed to purchase the vehicle. This was done without any discussion or my consent. When I realized this after bringing the car home and complained I was told I could come and pick up the Michelin tires (that would entail an hour's drive and then paying for the installation and balancing of the tires as well as other related costs) In addition, the salesman had to boost the car to get it started before I took a test drive. I indicated then and when signing the purchase agreement that the car would need a new battery. When I picked up the car I asked again about the battery and was assured that it had been replaced. It is obvious from a simple visual inspection that the battery has not been replaced. If you choose to deal with this dealer be careful..I will not deal with them again and won't recommend them to others. They might be friendly but don't consider them friends.... More
