Don't stand behind the cars they sell I purchased a car here for pretty close to $20k. SO it wasn't cheap! A couple of issues before the purchase, but they agreed to remedy them. After not even having the car for a week one of the door handles fell off, and the brakes were squealing. I had to bring the car all the way back to them. They fixed the door handle, but completely ignored my brakes complaint. After emailing my salesman Tim Sen he assured me he was working on it. That was well over a month ago and nothing has happened. I'm out $700. So be prepared that if you buy the car from them, chances are they won't do anything after. I guess this comes with buying a used car from this type of place. More

Price was a big consideration and I had the type of car ( Mazda CX-3 ) nailed down to the year make and even model. My Car in Richmond had an ad and being from Kanata I decided to go take a look. I was greeted by Tim and we hit it off right away. Being in sales myself I always seem to be critiquing other sales people in my mind and Tim was polite, courteous and most importantly genuine. When we decided to get serious and discussing price ( we had a trade in ) they were very very fair and Kerry who I believe was the sales manager got involved and between him and Tim we were able to come to a price that was agreeable to all parties. I would highly recommend checking them out for their quality of cars and personable sales and service. More
