Don't stand behind the cars they sell I purchased a car here for pretty close to $20k. SO it wasn't cheap! A couple of issues before the purchase, but they agreed to remedy them. After not even having the car for a week one of the door handles fell off, and the brakes were squealing. I had to bring the car all the way back to them. They fixed the door handle, but completely ignored my brakes complaint. After emailing my salesman Tim Sen he assured me he was working on it. That was well over a month ago and nothing has happened. I'm out $700. So be prepared that if you buy the car from them, chances are they won't do anything after. I guess this comes with buying a used car from this type of place. More

Price was a big consideration and I had the type of car ( Mazda CX-3 ) nailed down to the year make and even model. My Car in Richmond had an ad and being from Kanata I decided to go take a look. I was greeted by Tim and we hit it off right away. Being in sales myself I always seem to be critiquing other sales people in my mind and Tim was polite, courteous and most importantly genuine. When we decided to get serious and discussing price ( we had a trade in ) they were very very fair and Kerry who I believe was the sales manager got involved and between him and Tim we were able to come to a price that was agreeable to all parties. I would highly recommend checking them out for their quality of cars and personable sales and service. More

Hassle-Free Experience and a Great Deal Our old car was unexpectedly done in by a pothole, so we were in a hurry to find the right replacement at the right price. While searching the Internet we quickly found a good selection of candidates on MyCar’s easy-to-use website and narrowed our choice down to a car at their Kingston location. As we were planning to visit our daughter in Kingston that weekend we decided to stop by and test drive – something easily arranged over the phone. Arriving in Kingston a bit later than expected, we called the dealership and were pleased to have the salesperson readily agree to stay past the time he had planned to leave to accommodate us. We were also pleased to find that we were able to take the car for a test drive by ourselves, without the salesperson. Nor were we rushed even though we were late. We liked the car, but weren’t ready to make an offer until we had arranged for an independent inspection. As we live near Ottawa it was a lot more convenient for us to deal with their outlet in Richmond, so they arranged to have the car driven up from Kingston without obligation. We were impressed with the professional and courteous service we received, right from the first phone call with Tim Sen. He was also quick to follow-up on any questions that we had, and arranged to have the car driven from Richmond to our mechanic in Dunrobin for mechanical assessment that it passed with flying colours. On this basis, we decided to make an offer conditional on having them address several minor cosmetic repairs. Two days later the car was ready to be picked up. Impeccably cleaned inside and out, it felt, looked and smelled brand-new! Financing arrangements, licensing and registration were all handled efficiently in a single visit, and we were quickly on our way. The lack of high-pressure sales tactics, the respect for the value of our time, and the responsiveness and attention to detail exhibited by everyone we dealt with was much appreciated. We will definitely be returning to MyCar when it is time to replace our other vehicle, and recommend them without reservation to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience and a good deal.
