Service Trust We have bought 2 cars from Murray Hyundai and always serviced the cars at the same dealership even past our warranty period on the 1 car. I always want to trust the word of the service agent but when I had our older vehichle in for a service visit for a check engine light I received an extensive list of other items unrelated to this issue and worth over $2000 when we had already spent a few thousand dollars on the ccar bringing things up to par. I took the car to another Hyundai dealership (Didn't tell them what I was doing) had a once over check on the vehichle and the report came back with a different code read for something far more minor and only 1 out of the 3 fluid flsuhs needed replacing. I explained that I always want to trust what I am told then the loyalty is guaranteed to the service rep and that I have bought 2 cars there and he assured me all was good.. I wont be taking this vehichle back for servicing there any longer. I am disappointed in my experience and trust me when I say loyalty is forever if trust is kept. The reverse is also true. Off to Pattison Hyundai as I trust theh pattison group I want to also add that I have had different experience on the sales / Lease side and felt that was fair and well done. More

There's a lot more, but on to the great things I found at Murray Hyundai. From the start, there was a no pressure desire to answer whatever we asked and what we felt was a strong desire to make sure we go the best vehicle we could for our budget. Simply put, we came away with what we thought was a very fair deal that was our choice to accept or not. Nothing like previous experiences where one wonders just how soon one would find out that the deal wasn't so great after all.... We would recommend all of the folks that we dealt with to anyone :-) More
Car Problems! This week I pulled into the Hyundai dealership as my tracker was overheating. I was directed to the service center. I meet with Charlie Calbury./ser This week I pulled into the Hyundai dealership as my tracker was overheating. I was directed to the service center. I meet with Charlie Calbury./service advisor. I was put at ease that this was something that they could look at and resolve. While they looked into the radiator issue I was directed to wait in the waiting area, coffee and newspapers and TV to occupy the time. I was not waiting too long and Charlie returned with costs and options. His quote was reasonable and the work was all completed by days end. I was given a loaner car so I was able to complete my daytime chores. I thought that Charlie has a very relaxed manner and gave excellent customer service. At no time did this stress of breaking down feel anything more than a hiccup in my day. Thanks Charlie. More

Gene Levin was very forthcoming about existing history and condition of car and I believe did his best to give me a fair price. I wanted them to go lower - but I guess they gotta make money too. I had some financing issues due to my immigration status and Melissa and Amanda worked on it for 2 days and still got us a good rate. All around great experience and a great group of folks. More

For our needs (mostly commuting in the Lower Mainland), Hyundai offered the most appropriate vehicle. Brenda (sales) met us at the door - we asked questions, she asked questions, she answered and offered options, What impressed me most is that she wasn't pushy. Never once during our conversation with her or her manager was there pressure to buy. We felt they were honest, gave us time to think or consider the next step. Yes, we did upgrade to the Elantra and are so pleased we did. We've had a very bad sales experience in the past with a car salesperson - Brenda has restored our faith in them, that there are caring, nonpressure sale people out there. The whole sales process was quick, efficient (last time it took over 6 exhausting hours). The staff are knowledgeable, friendly. The teamwork was impressive. We would highly recommended the sales team at Murray White Rock Hyundai. More
