Do not deal with this place I informed this dealership that I had sold my Hyundai a year ago. However, they keep trying to get me to bring my non-existent car in for a service or I informed this dealership that I had sold my Hyundai a year ago. However, they keep trying to get me to bring my non-existent car in for a service or to trade it in for another vehicle. I have politely requested to be taken off their email, direct mail and telephone call lists on several occasions but to no avail. I can count on receiving a phone call, email or flyer from them on a regular basis. I'm not sure why they are incapable of meeting my request to be removed from their lists, especially when it means they are contravening CASL legislation. If you don't mind being hassled by this dealership forever more, then go ahead and deal with them. Otherwise avoid at all costs! More

Middle of the gauntlet I walk into a store, choose an item, agree to pay the price, pay cash/debit/credit and walk out the new owner of whatever I have purchased. I can now I walk into a store, choose an item, agree to pay the price, pay cash/debit/credit and walk out the new owner of whatever I have purchased. I can now feel satisfaction and joy. Why do car dealerships steal that satisfaction and joy? I am in the middle of the lengthy process of trying to pay for a car that I have decided to purchase. There is considerable pressure by both Sales and Accounting to finance this purchase. They have many reasons why they will not accept my cheque or cash equivalent. To be continued . . . More

We worked with Brenda Barrett From the moment we walked into Murray Hyundai we felt that this wasn't going to be the 'typical' car buying experience. We worked with Brenda Barrett and she was phenomenal!!! At no time did we feel any pressure or sales tactics - what we experienced was someone who was knowledgeable about the vehicles and actually cared about what we wanted. We decided to move forward with the deal and that's when the sales manager Travis Scarfe got involved. He didn't try to lowball us on the deal and negotiating with him was easy and trustworthy. He even made a point to come speak with us and get to know us. I can honestly say that I've never had a better experience buying a car! After the sale, both Brenda and Travis followed up to make sure we were happy with our new Tucson. I now know where I'll be buying all my future vehicles from and know who I'll be recommending to all my friends and family! More

Maintenance service is always quick and easy Charlie has helped me out in my most recent major services for my 2012 Hyundai Veloster. It just reached 100,000kms and need a level 4 service.
