He said to call back if I needed any further assistance, and I appreciated his willingness to help me through a frustrating situation. I was seen right away at the dealership without needing an appointment and received a free ride to and from my home while my tire was being repaired. The service was speedy and professional. They even washed my car for me! I am always pleased to work with Christine as she is completely transparent about what services may and will need to be done, and explains everything clearly. She followed up with me about another question I had via email within a day. I appreciate the EXCELLENT customer service at Murray Hyundai! trying to do too much with too little Arrive to find no parking. After circling the lot twice, park in a spot with a cone in front of it only to have an employee yell at me to move my car.
