Service centre Simple oil changes could sometimes take hours. Once we came in for a 1:45 PM appointment and we didn't leave until closer to 6:00 PM. Another time we Simple oil changes could sometimes take hours. Once we came in for a 1:45 PM appointment and we didn't leave until closer to 6:00 PM. Another time we came for a check up around 10:00am and was promised a courtesy car during the initial booking of the appointment. When we came in, the advisor tells us to wait because he has to get the car for us. After almost an hour of waiting, they tell us there is no car for the day and to come back the following week. Isn't this something the service centre should have advised to me prior to the appointment (I.e. through a phone call)? We also found that one of the service advisors had an especially condescending tone. It made me quite uncomfortable speaking with this person. It was especially evident, when the advisor would try to upsell items and and we would refuse. It was evident commissions were the motivation and not the customer's best interest. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience. We most likely will not be coming back to this dealership or service center. More
