Charlie was and always is super helpful and accommodating Kind of disappointed in the actual car......this was a starter and battery replacement after only 137,000 km......exceptionally early for a starter in Kind of disappointed in the actual car......this was a starter and battery replacement after only 137,000 km......exceptionally early for a starter in my opinion............especially as the engine completely blew at 104km.......kudos to hyundai for still covering it as it was slightly over 100km. So in short, service has been outstanding.......feeling disappointed in the product. I’ve dealt with almost every person in that service department.....all very professional, helpful and nice!!!!! I rated the "Could you say a little more" pricing as 4 stars. I asked Charlie why the cost of service was a little higher than my wife's Honda, and with tongue in cheek he said "It's a Genesis isn't it" Made me laugh. At least it's not like the cost of a Merc or BMW. Will continue to get all of my services done with them More

Both made sure that this was a great experience. The car was finished on time and they phoned us to keep us informed. We have no complaints at all. More
