Some reasons why our parts cost a little more than a generic one is because we supply an OEM parts to our customer to make sure that we provide the highest quality of parts to our customer. It is also made specifically to the model/specs of the vehicle for best performance. We also provide warranty on every parts that we sold which the labour is included. Hello there, We are very sorry that you did not have a good experience with us. It just happened that we were short staffed that week. The shop charge that you mentioned was for the shop supplies used for your vehicle to perform the service that was required. We also do not up-sell services that are not required. We are just simply making a suggestion on what other services that your vehicle may need. It is totally up to our customers whether they want to go ahead with our suggestions or not. As for the cost of repairs/services, we try to be competitive and while it cost our customers more sometimes, this is because we use an OEM part to install in our customer's vehicle. This means that the part we supply is made specifically for the model and specs of your vehicle for optimal performance. We also provide warranty for the work that we have done to your vehicle in case the part is defective. There will be no charge on that and labour is included as part of our warranty. We apologize again and we hope that you give us a second chance. We will make sure that we will go through all the details of the service required for your vehicle and do our best to be consistent on our promises to our customers in terms of finishing the job on time.
