Great people . great service but I have bought my car from murray hyunday five years ago. And i have been bringing my car to murray for every service and maintenance. I have always received great service from people like Charlie, Christine etc.. The only thing im not happy is your pricing for service. I have many examples to quote, here is one -to change a cabin filter you are charging $78+taxes. Everyone knows its too pricy. You should be more considerate to regular customers like me. More

Expensive, slow, didn't listen to communication The cost of the service was much higher than having it done at Canadian Tire or any other place. It took 3 hours to do what took 30 minutes last year The cost of the service was much higher than having it done at Canadian Tire or any other place. It took 3 hours to do what took 30 minutes last year. There were hidden charges. No other place charges "shop charges" on top of their fees. My vehicle wasn't done on time, despite the wide berth of time offered. Then it wasn't done properly and I had to return. Service technician kept trying to upsell services that weren't wanted nor needed. The final bill was inaccurate with extra charges. The whole experience left me feeling frustrated and ripped off. I think I'll stick to Canadian Tire going forward. More

Just like family! I actually drive out of my way to come to the dealership for my service. The service people are great and when I am there everyone from a year and a I actually drive out of my way to come to the dealership for my service. The service people are great and when I am there everyone from a year and a half prior when I bought my vehicle swing by to say hello. Makes it feel just like family! I would recommend this dealership to everyone. From the purchase of my vehicle to the service I am getting now it has been great! More
