Repair work done under warranty I booked my repair 1 week in advance as I needed a courtesy car. when I arrived at the dealership I discovered there was no car available. further, I I booked my repair 1 week in advance as I needed a courtesy car. when I arrived at the dealership I discovered there was no car available. further, I was originally told that my repair would take 1.5-2hrs, only to be told when I arrived that my vehicle was needed all day. fortunately a rental vehicle was arranged, and in the end it all worked out. my option (not my first choice) was to re-book for another day which would not have been practical as the rear windshield wiper motor had stopped working, and we are in the middle of the wet season More
