Jesse was great!!1 I called in in a panic because my breaks seized 2 days before Christmas and lucked out when I got Jesse. He told me to come in right away and that he would have it looked at and that we would get it sorted out. Within a couple of hours they had determined the issue and called me back with a plan that included a vehicle that I could use for the week (with it being Christmas, this was really important). When my car was done, Jesse called me in again, went through everything with me and helped me switch everything over from the loaned car to my car. He really went above and beyond and even helped me put on my new wiper blades in the pouring rain. The cost he quoted me was exactly the same as what I paid and I appreciated that there were no 'extra' costs attached at the end. I would highly recommend the service at Hyundai!! More
