I have being asked a number of times via text to submit a review even though I've said until the problem of oil leaks is fixed I cannot give a true review. However, I will state the problems. I purchased the 2023 Tucson Plug In Demonstrator on Jun 12/23. Unknown to me at the time the first oil change was done June 6/23, six days before my purchase. The Service Order stated "Technician recommends lower oil pan leaking". So the vehicle was sold to me without anyone telling me that it required servicing to fix the oil leak. I bought this car by trading in my 2021 Sante Fe Hybrid because this car had a continuous oil leak. The service dept. had replaced 4 gaskets trying to stop the oil leak. In other words, each time they said it was repaired, it wasn't. A number of trips were made and as far as I know I don't know if it was repaired. When I was trading in the car, I told them about the oil leaks. Had I known that this Tucson had an outstanding oil leak I would not have purchased it. Another problem that is yet to be repaired is I lost the "cluster instrument display on the center screen two weeks ago. I had it for the 6 months that I owned the car but it just disappeared. I'm waiting for its repair but apparently the remedy lies with tech support back East. I cannot rate the Sales Dept. as I never saw a salesman during my purchase. The information was dropped off to me with a working amount on a sheet of paper. More
