Very disappointed. Firstly they oversell on the service required for an EV $500 worth of work, which amounted to nothing more than break fluid change and alignment. Firstly they oversell on the service required for an EV $500 worth of work, which amounted to nothing more than break fluid change and alignment. When I got my car back, a panel has been removed in the front wheel well and not replaced. When I called about it, they said that the panel was not there when I dropped the car off. I know that this is not true, I washed the car three days before this service and I always wash inside the wheel arches, the cover was in place when I washed it. The cover has been there for three years with no issues, but apparently fell off a couple of days before my service. There is no damage where the cover came from suggesting that it was removed, not ripped off. On top of that, if there were parts missing from my car, the full inspection service should have told me that it was missing. Clearly they did not do all the checks that they say they do. I do know that all the belts and pulleys on my EV are in good condition because they did check those! They told me that they did. I had a look and can’t find any belts under the hood. This dealership doesn’t have any commitment and loyalty towards their customers. They only want to get one time customer. He dealt with someone to sell a car and gave the price on writing how much the customer needs to pay ? But right after that he changed his mind and gave it to someone else with a better deal where he can make more money on this particular car . I would highly recommend to take enough evidence with recording conversation on phone during purchase any car from them . Otherwise , I will ensure ; you would have a bitter experience of buying cars from them . I will never recommend a person to go their for buying cars from Murry Hyundai. So I highly recommend not to go their to buy any car to avoid upset yourself as a customer and this experience will remain forever in your life !! Pls be careful to go their!!! The service bay was closing in less than 10 min, but he made accommodations while understanding I was caught in a bit of traffic. Jesse was very skilled at finding me a new tire and getting the warranty to cover the cost at no expense to me. The overall experience was exemplary - he was very friendly and very personable and he honored his commitment to email the receipt before I got home. Will definitely love to deal with him again.
