My first Dodge product ever! I've been a Ford pickup guy for almost 30 years, and was looking at a new f-150 when I thought I should try a new Ram 1500 for comparison. I was compl I've been a Ford pickup guy for almost 30 years, and was looking at a new f-150 when I thought I should try a new Ram 1500 for comparison. I was completely impressed with the ride, power, fit and finish. So, I bought a Ram 1500 quad cad sport The sales and finance people were a pleasure to deal with, and would recommend them to any of my friends. However, the PDI and delivery were not up to par. The truck was purchased on Thursday, and agreed upon date and time to pick up the truck was Saturday at 11:00. I was called Saturday morning and inform the truck would not be ready until 13:00. When we arrived and was completing the documents was informed the windshield washer pump needed replacing, and a replacement would not be available until Tuesday morning. It would seem to me that if the PDI was done in a timely manner I would not be driving another hour EACH way to replace this pump. The PDI seemed rushed and very last minute to me, there were still dirt on the door sills, a sticker on the windshield, tape on the rear window, and oddly enough, the floor mats were on the wrong sides in the front seats. More
