Friendly, professional, and even Starbucks coffee on site! Nice lounge too. Very clean dealership and all the staff was open to chat and friendly. As a former Chrysler Service Manager, I can say from my own experience the service team is EXCELLENT. Many thanks from a very satisfied customer. Derek Giffin was my Service Advisor and he was very helpful. The cost was less for the service then quoted on the phone which made me very happy. More

Efficient service Didn't have a long wait and was able to enjoy the comfortable waiting area and complimentary coffee counter while my truck was being serviced. GREAT Service & Employees! Came in for warranty work, and had another issue with a non-functioning door switch. Got those looked at and dealt with; at the same time Derek did a Came in for warranty work, and had another issue with a non-functioning door switch. Got those looked at and dealt with; at the same time Derek did a check of other systems. He found that the air filter needed replacing (he showed me the condition of it, as he explained why it needed to be replaced). I needed to be out of there sooner than I expected, and they got me out just as quickly as possible and to my other appointment in time. Going to this dealership is comfortable and a pleasant experience. In the past, I would ignore warranty recalls, but because of their service and attitude I don't anymore. More
