Lots of talk to get the sale but no follow through after. I almost never post reviews and the reviews I post are almost always in support of a business but I feel I have to warn people about this location. We purchased a Sante Fe a few years ago (from another dealership) and we are happy with the vehicle. We just purchased another previously owned Sante Fe Sport Limited from Mountain Hyundai. During the sales pitch I asked the sales person about the chips to the paint and damage to the front grille. I was told by the salesman and the sales manager that the paint chips would be fixed along with the grille to a "best possible" condition before we took possession of it. I also asked about their extended 120K km warranty and asked if it had a deductible and was told that there was no deductible. When we agreed to purchase the vehicle we had to leave a $500 deductible and was told a $500 refund cheque would be sent out immediately after we completed the purchase paperwork. We committed on a Thursday and were told that the vehicle would be ready on the following Wednesday. Then they called and said it wouldn't be ready until the Thursday because they were completing all the work that needed to be done. When we sat down with the finance person we were pressured to take the extended paint, rust and upholstery insurance. When we turned it down the pressure continued and wasted more time to complete the paperwork. I also noticed that there was a deductible on the extended drive train warranty. When I raised this concern the finance person went and spoke with the sales person and he came into her office and said to me and her that he did tell us that there was no deductible on the extended warranty and that he didn't know there was one. I asked the finance person to speak with the sales manager and she came back with him and he said that the sales person was wrong. I said that I would expect that if there was an issue during the extended period that the dealer would waive the deductible. He refused and stormed out of the room. When I had another question for the sales manager the finance person said that she didn't think it was a good idea to have him come back into her office because he was frustrated with me. When we went to pick up the vehicle and sign the final purchase paperwork the paperwork was "lost" and it all had to be done again. I noticed that the paint was not fixed and the crack in the grille was not fixed. When I raised that concern the sales person said that I'd have to contact the sales manager who wasn't in. I wrote notes onto the final paperwork because it implied that the repairs were made. I took pictures as soon as I got home with the vehicle. I emailed the sales manager and a few days later he replied saying that they'd fix it in the Spring when the weather was good. I also still haven't received my $500 cheque that was promised would be sent to me immediately and it has been 3+ weeks. I sent multiple emails to the sales person, sales manager and finance manager. No one returned my emails until yesterday. Yesterday someone else called me. The person said that she would send me the cheque. I asked if it was normal for customers to wait over 3 weeks for the cheque that was promised for the next day she said "sometimes these things happen" and she said that she had just received the request from downstairs. I asked what would delay this and she said that she didn't receive the paperwork from the sales manager. It makes me wonder if maybe the sales manager's frustration with my upset over the repairs not being done and the misrepresentation regarding the no deductible on the extended warranty caused the delay. I am happy with the vehicle except that the damage wasn't repaired before I received it OR that they didn't tell me before I took it and noticed and emailed them about it that they would repair it in the Spring when weather was better. If one of the issues that I raised above happened or if the staff followed up quickly or was supportive I would figure it was an anomaly. The fact that all of this happened in one transaction causes me to think that maybe there is a systemic problem at that dealership. I would recommend that if you are considering purchasing or servicing a Hyundai from a dealership that you go somewhere else. More

Winter Maintenance Package Took the car in for this service and when I got it back my lock nuts package (unopened/new) which was in the glove compartment, had been cut open, the Took the car in for this service and when I got it back my lock nuts package (unopened/new) which was in the glove compartment, had been cut open, they had put the lock nuts on the car (I never asked for this) and the lock nuts were rusty on outside, and the lock wrench looked used as well. Went back and complained and serviceman took me outside, told me they had to open the package to take off the lock nuts which weren't even on it to begin with and couldn't explain why the lock nuts were rusty. I will not trust them to get my servicing done there again. More

We were told there would be follow up calls and our first service call would be booked for us, This was all just hot air. Once we walked out the door that was the last we ever heard from them. I guess it was a blessing in disguise because we now deal with Hamilton Hyundai and the people their are genuine and true. My next car will be from them. More

This person's name is Shams and as it turned out this facilitation made my buying a car a pleasant and non stressful event. Shams as it turned out is the sales manager and his entire department has the same direction that he does which is complete customer satisfaction. I have referred others that I know to this dealership and will continue to do so because of the pleasant and relaxed nature of the sales experience there Mike Starr. More
WORST SERVICE I have been tying to get my vehicle into the service department for 3 weeks now. I have had several appointments that they have cancelled and now they need to reschedule again, because of some new excuse. One call to the Burlington Dealership and I have appointment the next day. This is not the first time this has happened to me, but it is now last time I will be calling Mountain Hyundai to repair my car. Enough with the excuses! More
