Hyundai does not care for their customers I am very disappointed with the service I received at the Mountain Hyundai location. I had called in as I had just recently purchased a used Hyund I am very disappointed with the service I received at the Mountain Hyundai location. I had called in as I had just recently purchased a used Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and it was time for an oil change. I was just wanting to schedule my appointment for an oil change, when the lady on the phone stated due to the km's on my vehicle, I required service pack 4 ($369.95+tax). When hearing this I was quite shocked, as I just expected to pay the service pack 1 price ($47.95 + tax), therefore I confirmed with her, not once, but three times that it was REQUIRED for my warranty. Each time she confirmed it was required, therefore to maintain my warranty I proceeded and booked the appointment. While at the appointment, I had also brought attention to some peeling coating on my vehicle. The service coordinator stated it should be covered under my warranty and would contact someone for me and get back to me at a later time... still have yet to receive a call. Thereafter my appointment I had learned that the service pack 4 that I was told I was REQUIRED to receive to maintain my warranty, was actually optional and NOT at all REQUIRED. Therefore when receiving my follow up call to ask about my service I was quite displeased. I stated how I had yet to receive a call from the service coordinator regarding my coating and was lied to, not once, but three times that I was REQUIRED the package to maintain warranty. The lady one the phone stated she would speak to her manager and get back to me shortly, and I have never received a call back from her or any others at the dealership. Previous to this experience I had been a high promoter of Hyundai, I had talked many friends and family members into buying it. I've had Hyundai vehicles for years and never had an issue, but with this lack of care and customer service the Mountain Hyundai dealership has displayed has definitely changed my mind on Hyundai, as I have call twice since the service and talked to two people and never receive a return call. Mountain Hyundai has displayed the poorest customer service I have ever experience and I would advice you to not only go to another location, but possibly go to another brand all together. If this experience showed anything, it is that Hyundai does not care for their customers. More

I was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in as well as the promotions that were being offered at that time. He was very professional in how he dealt with me, as I felt comfortable and at at ease with him. He was very pleasant and not pushy as most sales people tend to be. He was very patient, as I took my time to ask questions and to finally make the decision to buy the car. Even though there were hiccups at the beginning (which were no fault of his) he apologized profusely and followed to to ensure that the issue was resolved. He has my recommendations!! More
