Don't trust them !!!!! Don't trust MARC AUCIELLO sale manager and Daniel. A day later they sold my car to someone else!!! They can't do that they got my hopes up and I told my whole family and now I am out of a car and this was a horrible experience. Please do not buy a car from them. More

I liked a 2014 hyundai sonata with sales representative DANIEL whom we made deal with. I told him I will buy car 100%. In next step I talked to financing lady. Who gave me info on interest rate and all. Our conclution was I talk to my bank and see what interest they are offering. If its higher then i will go with hyundai interest. Told her as well i will come tommrow 100% as all banks were close due to boxing day. When we finished with her and came out DANIEL was already busy with some other customers before finalizing everything with us. Which would have included 500$ deposit and signing of some papers to secure the deal. Which everybody forgot to mention. I am first time car buyer i didn't have any knowledge about procedure!! . Because DANIEL was already busy without finalizing with us. I talked to manager MARC AUCIELLO used car sales manager who gave me his words that this car is sold to me and nobody will test drive. I asked MARC to make sure if any paper work needs to be done!!!! he said NO. I left at 11:00am all happy and excited!!!!! But around 12:30pm they called me. Which i missed cuz i was in mall due to that had no signal. Bcuz it was boxing day I left mall really late . I left around 6:00pm. By the time i got thier message it was too late .They left me message saying I should deposit 500$ before 2:00pm or it can be sold. An hour in half ago I spent almost 3 hours with them about car that MARC promised me .Wasn't secure bcuz they forgot to tell me to deposit 500$ WHAT!!!!!!! I went in today asking if I need to do any paper work and deposit. ALL positive in MARC promised words and all ready to get the car as soon as possible but Ian "New car sales manager" told me that it is being sold to another person. Means if they cannot keep their promises so they cannot be trusted for buying cars. I waited whole day there to talk to MARC AUCIELLO who gave me his words " car is mine and nobody will test drive. Hoping he will keep his words. Whom I got to see after 5 hours of waiting.he told me car is SOLD !! VERY UPSET, Disappointed and ANGRY!!!! Didn't expected this from mountain hyundai as I was expecting good Experiance. But it was a very bad Experiance and hope these guys keep their promises to get their business going and keep their good reputation!!! Bcuz they know they done wrong!!!! MARC AUCIELLO sale manager promised to get me same car or better as soon as possible . But i am so dispointed and have no trust in thier words anymore untill its not done!! I have never been so embraced and dispointed. This really made me see things differently. I will never trust anybody mouth to mouth words anymore without signing. Which was also thier fault. It was thier responsobility to get things done right way. I didn't know any better. I wasted my 2 days worth of time with them still dispointed More

I did not feel pressured like I have had in the past with other dealerships. The car was in perfect condition when I picked it up with all the added features I had asked for. I felt well taken care of and that I was top priority kind of like family. Daniel was excellent in showing me all of the features of the car and how to use them. He even paired my phone to it for me. Also, the dealership was great at following up to make sure I was happy with the purchase and if I had any questions. More

I had contacted Warren prior to coming into the dealership and advis I just purchased a new Tucson. The whole experience was very smooth and pleasant. I had contacted Warren prior to coming into the dealership and advised him on what I was looking for. Upon arrival Warren had several vehicles for me to test drive and compare. 2 hours later I had abought a new Tucson. From the minute I stepped into the dealership up to finance it was a very smooth transaction. There was no pressure, questions were answered professionally and clear. No hidden cost or hard up-sale practice. I can only recommend Mountain Hyundai! More

He explained the difference financially in buying a used or new car. I was in looking for a used car. So after going over the features of the Elantra,we continued to shop around elsewhere. For the price point, features, and performance we decided to buy a new Elantra. Marc turned us over to Daniel, because he was a sales rep. Daniel was great. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Upon arrival to pick up our new car, I think Daniel was more excited. Mary the financial person was also super efficient. She wasted no time, did not push the extended warranty, told us exactly what to do and what was needed to finalize this purchase. Awesome team work all round. This is a very busy dealership, but I did not feel customer commitment was jeopardized. It is important to me that a sales person first and foremost greets a potential customer upon arrival. This is not always the case. Next they need to be knowledgeable about the product. They need to be able to come as close to your needs financially or offer different scenarios. This dealership met all my criteria. Excellent team work....I most definitely will recommend this place to others. More

There was no pressure and Andrew answered all of our questions and took us around to see the different Tuscons available. Andrew was very approachable and we decided to take a test drive. Even after the test drive, there were no pressure sales and Andrew ran some numbers and costs for us so that we knew what our options were. The Manager on duty came over and introduced himself and was very welcoming. We found the entire experience at this dealership non-stressful and pleasant. Andrew was up front with us and was able to answer all of our questions and even provided information we had not thought of. We found this to be the best car buying experience we have had to date and that would be over 38 years. Everyone at the dealership was great to deal with. More
