He was friendly and easy to talk to and my husband and I never once felt that we were being manipulated for a sale. He was honest, funny, not pushy and genuinely cared about how this purchase would affect our lives. He never pushed his opinions on us or made us feel pressured in any way. Then I met Warren Soutar during the financial part of things. He was also friendly and easy to connect to on a personal level. I could tell that Grant and Warren had a good rapport and worked well together. Finally, I met Jessica. She helped to keep my kids busy by providing them with colouring books and stickers that they could take home. She never seemed frazzled and spoke very kindly of both of her colleagues with whom I dealt. I wasn't pressured into purchasing warranty...she left all of the decision-making to me, after presenting me with my options. A very patient and knowledgeable experience I met Warren back in December when I first started to look at upgrading into a bigger vehicle. I've been a customer with mountain hyundia for about 4y I met Warren back in December when I first started to look at upgrading into a bigger vehicle. I've been a customer with mountain hyundia for about 4yrs now and from service to sales nothing ever falls short. I spent sometime back in December discussing options with Warren and I never really decided on what I wanted. Warren always kept me up to date with "new" used vehicles that came into the show room. I went back in February and was specific as to what I wanted. Although he didn't currently have what I was after (white fully loaded Santa fe) he showed me alot of other beautiful vehicles. We were sitting discussing monthly payments and he then had a white lux Sante fe come in. I now own that beautiful white Sante fe and could not be more pleased that Warren had the patience with me (I spent over 2 days about 8 hrs in the showroom) to sit and go over EVERY option available to me. More
