Everything went as smoothly as you can reasonably expect during this severe wave of the pandemic. I received excellent service while at the dealership and during pick up. My only criticism if I had one - when I called to schedule my first service for my brand new vehicle, I was greeted by a service operator in despair, who sounded so miserable and said she couldn’t service my vehicle for over a month - which would have put me well outside of my service parameters. Luckily my wife had a service appointment booked that she gave to me, and I was able to get my car in, while she took her car to another Hyundai dealer to get serviced. My feedback, would be if you are experiencing heavy delays for whatever reason - to let us know in advance to book early so we don’t put our vehicle in jeopardy. More
This dealership was very nice the gentleman that sold me my car let me choose my own and didn’t push I had two vehicles to choose from and I told him I’d let him note the next day he didn’t push he called m my car let me choose my own and didn’t push I had two vehicles to choose from and I told him I’d let him note the next day he didn’t push he called me and I told him what car to buy and I put a down payment and he knew my situation and he had my car on the road the next day and then the lady that did my financing for me was very polite very nice very good service that’s why I gave this dealership a five star More

This dealership is awful!!! They took almost 5 hours with my car and weren’t even able to fix it without me having to pay. They neglected to tell me that in order for me to have it taken care of under warran my car and weren’t even able to fix it without me having to pay. They neglected to tell me that in order for me to have it taken care of under warranty, I had to go to another location. The service is brutal and the staff has no clue what they’re talking about. Do NOT go to this location unless you want to waste your entire day to then have to pay for the diagnostic test to then be told you have to go to another Hyundai location. What an awful experience!!! More
