Worst Dealership I’ve EVER purchased from We recently purchased a vehicle and were given the amount after taxes ect. via text. Noticed after purchase that there was a slight discrepancy in pri We recently purchased a vehicle and were given the amount after taxes ect. via text. Noticed after purchase that there was a slight discrepancy in price. When I went over the paperwork I noticed they charged us $105 for gas! Funny.... The car was full when we took it for a test drive a couple days before. Also asked if we could have a remote start installed as we were spending $24,000 on a vehicle and it did not have one. When I drove off in the car, I noticed that it was very old and had a large piece missing off the back. When we tried to use it for the first time ( in the freezing cold with our newborn daughter) we quickly realized it didn’t even work! We also have to manually unlock the drivers side door as key won’t lock or unlock the vehicle either. The list goes on and on with the horrible experience we received through this dealership. Ultimate car buying experience? I think not Motor City Chrysler! More
