When we went to pick up the car a couple days later, Mike took the time to explain all the features and controls in the car and offered to be available by phone at anytime if we had further questions. Everything he promised us he delivered with a smile on his face and again, always being very professional and caring. He really takes care of his customers. It was a very good experience for us throughout the process, Jen, in the finance department was also very helpful and took care of everything we needed.
