Very unpleased with the service Had rear window replaced of my chrysler 200s. When i hot home and opened the trunk, i was shocked to find glass shattered all over. Warranty work on shocks Wait 2 weeks and finally get an appointment after the wrong parts are ordered. 8:15am today drop off truck. don’t get vehicle back till 5pm. Hear noise I shouldnt😠 have to wait to go back and deal with a new issue. Not to mention when I recieved my vehicle after the four recalls I get home to find out my hood is not fully shut. I’m not happy with the lack of care and the lack of phone answering by the service department. A simple call for more time is better than wasting an entire day when you vehicle is first on the list for a week in advance for an appointment. Also failed to recieve paperwork for what work was completed on the truck. More
