Service has been great, accessibility sucks I have been buying from and having cars serviced here for over 30 years. As I work 12 hour shifts (days and nights), the ability to see an adviser, ei I have been buying from and having cars serviced here for over 30 years. As I work 12 hour shifts (days and nights), the ability to see an adviser, either before or right after work, has always been a plus, as any issues are discussed and scheduled maintenance can be addressed. Bobby and John are always excellent information sources when I am not sure how to characterize a sound or a vibration. Recently, however, the hours changed. The current open hours do not allow for any discussion. Not having an adviser at 0600 means no advise before work, and not opening until 0800 means no discussion after work. Plus it means that if I want to get service by doing a drop and run I am either walking home or to work, neither of which is a suitable option. I have to believe that the time change was motivated by a short sighted, small minded cost saving measure, and not a more reasoned approach, as it would likely make most of the Fiat Chrysler employees at Windsor Assembly plant very frustrated that their ability to drop vehicles before and after heir shifts is compromised. Hopefully the hours go back in the Fall. More

This young woman listened to the problem, efficiently took the situation, put it into it's right perspective and had service look at the problem. Kim worked to get the price down for me, which I requested. I live on a government pension and every penny counts,---she kept me from getting to upset. Her mannerisms and calm behaviour was so kind and respectful. She was very understand and went the extra mile. She certainly represented Motor City with class and I would recommend her for any top notch professional position. Kim has management skills and certainly knows her cars and how to take a problem, deal with it and I could walk away feeling like someone cared. Thank you very much Kim for helping me ..
