I dealt with service advisor John Leclair , he was very professional and also knowledgeable about My experience with motor city Chrysler was positive. He seemed to genuinely care about my situation which left me without a vehicle that I could start and use. I use my van for my job and because of Mr. LeClairs actions towards the speedy repair of the problem with my van I didn't lose a day of work. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family that if they need a knowledgeable establishment in which to have their vehicle serviced, Motor City is the place to go. Thanks Mr. LeClair. More

A day well spent. i went in for a Peace Of Mind service. I was informed of a recall on a switch so that was taken care of. Also needed a couple filters. Heater core replacement I was having issues with passenger side heat not working of my chrysler 200. Had to take to dealership couple of times for inspection.
