I have never dealt with a more friendly and accommodating sales manager as Kathleen. My wife accompanied me on my next visit with Jarrod. He too, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had all the paperwork prepared. He went through the details of the contract with a positive and patient manner. He answered every question we threw at him. On day of delivery, Jarrod had the truck ready on time and looking beautiful! We will definitely be back again for our next purchase/lease, as well as many of our friends and family. More

Service Hours I have dealt exclusively with Motor City and ALL of its predecesors for over 50 years. Three things were the reasons - great service advisors who are I have dealt exclusively with Motor City and ALL of its predecesors for over 50 years. Three things were the reasons - great service advisors who are open and honest; close to my home; and, i have had a habit of bringing my vehicles in for service for the FIRST morning appointment. I would arrive shortly before 7 am and, usually, wait for work to be done. This morning I arrived as usual, about 6:50 am only to find that opening hours for service have changed to 8:00 am. This, for me, is totally unacceptable and unless it changes, I will be looking elsewhere. and I will not be willing to recommend Motor City for service.
