WORST CUATOMER SERVICE EVER!!! This company tells you what you wanna hear and sells you vehicles that are not in tip top shape! I bought a brand new Ram with a bed liner in it there's over spray everywhere there was oil stains in my door panel there were still numbers on the wheels when I picked it up written in marker I now have a banging noise in the front end of my five-month-old truck and when I put it in drive and step on the gas do rear end stutters when I phoned in to get them to look at it they were very ignorant and told me that it will cost $120 plus tax diagnostic fee are you kidding me I spend $60,000 on a vehicle and I got to deal with this also quite a few of their salesman are not professional I was told if I bought the vehicle I would receive a rebate check yeah right never got a dime if I could I would give this truck back to them and never ever ever ever buy a product from them ever buyer beware I know a lot of people read different stuff and say that everybody is so negative well this is the truth and I'm tired of Motor City Chrysler More

Great Experience - New FOB's and recall work When i called to book an appointment, the person was friendly and accomodating. When I arrived for my 10am apptmt for a new FOB and some recall work, When i called to book an appointment, the person was friendly and accomodating. No Call Back When a service garage get a vehicle in my opinion the service garage should call the customer since the vehicle was dropped off after hours. Should inform the customer that the shop is over loaded with vehicles and it would be later after to be looked at or not at all that day. It ok to be busy but it is not OK to ignore customers because your busy. More

When my delivery date continued to be pushed back, they (Jarrod and Kathleen) reassured me and and I always felt like I made the right choice. Upon delivery finally, Jarrod was extremely helpful and went over everything from my financing to features of the Jeep. Never felt pressured, talked to me like a friend not a customer. Definitely made this unplanned purchase easier. Couldn't be happier!! More
