service or lack of After my vehicle was finished I was called to the cashier.I had Peace of mind performed on my 2015 Grand Caravan. The service was done in 40 minutes After my vehicle was finished I was called to the cashier.I had Peace of mind performed on my 2015 Grand Caravan. The service was done in 40 minutes which was fast but was everything done that I paid for? It seemed pretty quick to change the oil and rotate the tires and do a 30 point check. I had to ask for a written report even though it says in the ad that it was included. I will keep coming to Motor City as long as I am under warranty but the service has to improve for me to return. More

The person that fixed the car saw me sitting in the waiting area and told me the vehicle had been done for a while. My daughter and I were looking at new cars the Saturday prior to my visit. I do not think we are going to purchase from this dealership if that is the way you take care of your customers.when I talked on the phone to someone there and told them they were going to loose a good customer he told me that was ok they had plenty of customers. Great place to deal with. I had a rare request of the folks at Motor City Chrysler whereby I wanted to purchase a new car for my wife without her knowing about it. I have to s I had a rare request of the folks at Motor City Chrysler whereby I wanted to purchase a new car for my wife without her knowing about it. I have to say that Motor City went right out of their way to help pull off a complete surprise for her. After the deal was all finalized (great dealing with you folks for a great deal) we worked out the logistics of getting my wife into the dealership to pick up her new car. I had the excuse of having some service work done on her old car and that seemed to work well. When it came time for the delivery, we came to the dealership (from the showroom) and made our way to the service area. We've recently made the acquaintance of Craig Lanoue (the dealer principal) and we chit chatted for a couple minutes in the drive thru bay. My wife was completely surprised when she attempted to get to her Caliber and it wasn't there. However, a shiny new Jeep Cherokee was sitting there in its place with a great big bow on it (nice touch Motor City Family). Needless to say the surprise was huge and my wife was through the roof. A huge thank you to all the fine folks at Motor City Chrysler for their dedication to excellence and compassion for their customers. A special thanks to Craig Lanoue, Jason Bray, and Wayne St. Louis. Lastly, I am far from a 'rich' or 'privileged' type person who goes out and just buys his wife a car. I am just a regular hard-working guy who will make car payments just like most folks do. My wife is a selfless wonderful person who's last car was tired. More
