disappointed did not honour an offer made to me by the salesperson. I guess once the deal is done you are on your own. left hand does not know what the right hand did not honour an offer made to me by the salesperson. Justin was very informed and able to answer any questions I had about the vehicles I looked at. He came across as genuine and trustworthy, qualities that are much appreciated and sometimes difficult to find in salespeople. I felt confidant he was doing his best to ensure I found a vehicle that was a good fit for me. Kathleen was also very pleasant to deal with and similarly put me at ease in what could have been a daunting purchase process given this was my first new vehicle purchase. Finally, Ruby did an excellent job of explaining the various warranty packages available to me and was very attentive in answering all of my questions. All of the staff I dealt with were very accommodating and I have already recommended Motor City Chrysler to others based on my positive experience. More

Disatisfied Customer I was truly disappointed when I brought my vehicle in for an oil change on May 11, 2015 to find out that the coupon I had purchased would not be honou I was truly disappointed when I brought my vehicle in for an oil change on May 11, 2015 to find out that the coupon I had purchased would not be honoured. I purchased the coupons in good faith, obviously your dealership has little to no regard in fulfilling its obligations. Over the years, I have purchased vehicles and had them serviced at your dealership. I can assure you that I will not be patronizing your dealership in the future and I will recommend that my friends not provide any business your way as well. Had I known that the coupon would not be honoured prior to the vehicle being up on the hoist with the oil being drained, I would have taken it elsewhere for service. I recieved one oil change for the price of two. That's a real bargain, for your dealership. It is certainly a different type of customer service that is foreign to me.
