What a bunch of arrogant idiot! They at first pushed to charge my credit card for a refundable deposit without proper authorization. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Harassed by Kevin, service manager I wish I had the option to give ZERO stars. I seriously don't know how this place operates, given all of the bad reviews and things people have shared I wish I had the option to give ZERO stars. I seriously don't know how this place operates, given all of the bad reviews and things people have shared. I would highly suggest taking your car elsewhere...Metrotown Mazda is amazing! This place is full of a bunch of crooks. I was told by Kevin, the Service Manager that I needed a part replaced and that it would cost upwards of $1000.00. I took it to Metrotown Mazda and within seconds the service manager there had fixed my car and I was on my way for FREE. Also, it should be noted that the service manager at Morrey Mazda of the North Shore is known for verbally harassing customers. He's very rude and condescending. This place will definitely never get my service ever again. Seriously...save yourselves and go somewhere else or PLEASE GET A SECOND OPINION More

Once I agreed to buy, dealership determined my trade in was $5000 cheaper than originally quoted and wouldn't budge even after speaking with manager. Worst experience buying EVER. Went to first service call a few months later, and was told my warranty would be voided if I did not bring my car in for servicing every 3 months (which is BS)! Do not frequent this place... More

So frustrating, lied to, jerked around. Took the car in because it had a miss. It is 25 years old, never had any trouble until now. They wanted to replace spark plugs, the were just replaced by my husband. Then they said new plug wires. well Ok they had not been replaced. The they found a leak, a new casket and something else had to be done. I have never seen a drop of oil under that car but I let them do it. Then they said a ignition coil needed to be replaced, 456.00 out of the states. I told him to get it in Vancouver, an after market one. It saved me 40.00. Napa had it for 329.00 but they would not use Napa parts. Each time I asked about when it would be done I was led to believe that it would not be much longer. Today it is Friday afternoon and it still is not ready. I asked him to actually go and check, he never called me back although I asked him to. He said that they were working on it, same as always. What a run around. I am a senior with a very bad foot. I can't walk far so I have bee stuck here for 3 days, unable to get milk, cream or fresh vegetable or fruit. I told him that I needed my car to get around but well he did not really care and was starting to get annoyed with me. Would I ever use this Mazda Service again. I think the term is 'not until xxxx freezes over'. More

It was SO easy to book the appointment online and there were many time choices available. I was not looking forward to going because I've always just gone to places like Mr Lube with my old car and was never impressed with the service. The staff at this location were so friendly. Even the guy working in the back garage had a big smile on his face. My car is new, so of course it's easier to deal with than my old car, but regardless, I was impressed with the service. More
Honest Service I had brought in my Mazda for a tire repair and on the phone was quoted a price lower than what they normally charge.
