Horrendous sales staff AUGUST 2017 - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Horrendous sales staff - After spending 10 minutes waiting to be served (all the while watching idle sa AUGUST 2017 - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Horrendous sales staff - After spending 10 minutes waiting to be served (all the while watching idle sales staff stare at through their glass offices), I was approached by Lease Manager Minako Inouye, who walked up as said "Yes" - not hello, not how can I help you. I had done my research and was ready to buy a 2017 CX-5 GT, and wanted their best price, needing a quote so I could have my company account cut a cheque. Minako refused to give me pricing, and when I requested to speak to her manager, she stormed off to speak with Brad Erautt, General Sales Manager. Brad then said that "If you need pricing in writing, that we are not interested in dealing with you, and you can leave". I've never, ever come across this level of hostility and terrible sales practice ever. Needless to say, they lost the sale. One day later, purchased a Ford Escape for myself, upgraded the company fleet of 5 smaller cars to Ford Focus - a sale of $93,900 to their direct competitors. I would have preferred to buy the Mazda's, but will not let that awful level of service be rewarded. Side note - I called the dealer principal ( Steve Morrey) before purchasing from Ford to see if he would be interested in my feedback and try to save the deal - got his voicemail, and didn't get a returned call, at all. More

Not only do they have amazing customer service, they go that extra mile, there’s no slick salesman crap, and they truly care about you having a good experience before, during and after your car purchase. Both Sales Managers Mike Gray and Brad Erautt have been a dream to deal with and got me an incredible price on the 2012 Mazda 3 I purchased this past May 2017. Even their financing person – Victoria McGrath – made the process so easy – it was seriously one of the best experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a car. Morrey Mazda’s service department, and their manager Kevin Parker, have been wonderful as well and have made every effort and more to make sure my needs are met and things are done right. I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle and let me tell you the detailing was unbelievable. All my friends think this car is brand new! My next door neighbor actually bought a new Mazda from them a few weeks before me and had the same stellar service. Everyone is always great at complaining but I wanted to write something that would help people feel assured that these people are solid, honest, and that they will do everything they can to take care of you during and AFTER the sale. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Best experience EVER! More

Upselling is their norm You have to know your stuff, but many of the service advisor are resorting to sneaky tactics. Whether it's like TD where they are forced to upsell on unnecessary items or they are unethical, I don't know. However, work performed can be underwhelming and even incorrect. How often does a tech "forget" to tighten the oil drain plug or not tightening the oil cap? Seriously. The sales department have some really interesting characters, pushy even. Once you no longer are a considering buying a new car, it's like you're treated like a nobody. More

DON'T SHOP HERE!!! Women buyers beware! I want to give them ZERO stars!! Just the most horrific experience of our lives!!!! I usually don't write bad reviews, but I feel like people should be warned about walk into this harrowing, bullying invironment. My mom and I were completely bullied and pushed, and when I was finally done with it and said this deal is off (we were about to sign papers and decided to test drive the Hyundai Sante fe one last time just to be sure), our pig-headed, arrogant and male chauvinist sales guy, Arthur, actually started yelling at us, threatening us, and was completely hostile. My mom was frozen in shock at the whole ordeal. I got my mom up to leave and he CHASED after us!!! I have never be so upset at anight experience in a professional setting in my life. I was shaking when we left! Please, please do not go here! This dealership prays on people. I'm just disgusted! More
