Above and beyond! Quick and painless!! We called inquiring about trading in our 2011 vehicle , we were greeted by Georgina and she answered all our questions and set us up an apt a few nig We called inquiring about trading in our 2011 vehicle , we were greeted by Georgina and she answered all our questions and set us up an apt a few nights later to go in and see the 2014 grand caravan. We were supposed to be going to look and ask questions but two hours went by and we were on our way home with our new vehicle :). From start to finish Georgina went above and beyond and got us a great deal on our new vehicle and a great trade for our old one. She was very friendly and had great product knowledge. Once our deal was done we had to now do business in the finance office which is usually a pretty serious place lol, not this time Doug Ellis was FANTASTIC! Very professional but comical at the same time.. Had a few good chuckles while we were finishing up the paperwork.
