Big Miss....Bought a new 2025 Ram Rebel from Rallye Motors Chrysler last week. Within the 1st week of purchase been to the dealer multiple times with shifter issue causing the truck not to start. Been pushed back and forth from Sales and Service for this issue. Service ordered part with no ETA when it will be in. Told to just drive the truck with them knowing it does not start all the time. Called Ram Canada and within 1 hour of them not knowing when the part will be in, to them telling me what day it will come in and what time it will be in at. After that call from the Service Manager to tell me when the shifter will be arriving, I got a call from the Sales Manager asking why I gave a terrible review and in doing so is no longer interested in helping me out since I wrote a bad review. Sales Manager informed me when I do bring my truck in to get shifter I would not get a loaner due to the bad review I gave and I would have to wait now. Also was told that no matter what this Sales Manger does that I would not be pleased regardless. Only had the truck for 9 days at this point.
