Nice to know jeep values their jeeps like they are garbage. I went to trade in a 2015 cherokee trailhawk and I was offered less then 20% of the new value. Worst dealer in the maritime, they identified a exaust leak on my vehicle was told parts where ordered a few days later my exaust let go so I called for a follow up and got the run around no parts where o leak on my vehicle was told parts where ordered a few days later my exaust let go so I called for a follow up and got the run around no parts where ordered took 3 days for the manager to call me back. The service is comparable to when calling Rogers, just no regards for the customers at all needless to say I won't use MCS for my next vehicle purchase and definitely don’t recommend. More
The injecter of my 2022 RAM 2500 needed fixing on Sept 21st, 2023. Dodge Moncton towed the truck to their facility that day. On the 27th, I went there to get my work tools and they were all gone! 4K worth gone from my work truck on their property! Sadly, they didn't have a camera where they parked my truck! On Oct 3rd, I called once more for a follow up cause no one cared to call me and was told my warranty with Chrysler wanted them to change around a couple of injecters before ordering a new one. Over 1 week gone with no work truck and my small business shutdown. The next day, I called for an update and they confirmed the part was going to be ordered from Ontario and it takes a couple days. Oct 5th they still hadn't ordered the part because they needed proof I bought my oil change supplies from them! I said I did and to look it up! Then after another couple of days, they updated me they had no parts in Ontario and ordered one from the USA. He confirmed 5 days to delivery. I called the week after AGAIN for an update and the parts manager advised my part was stuck in the USA because of a strike and they are giving me a rental, a toyota camry! How in the world can I run a contruction/Plowing business with a camry!!? I offered other solutions: -I found a new injector online but they refused because of the warranty! -I asked for a rental of a truck but they said no, they don't do that anymore! -I said, nevermind, give me the truck back and I will fix it!!! They said no unless I pay 8 days of labor to them plus all the camry rental cost!!!! -I said well let me trade it in for another truck on the lot? They confirmed it would cost me 20K to do that! Seriously, we are Oct 31st. My small business is still shutdown. I have plowing contracts with no truck! No revenue coming in to feed my family! I told them this MANY times and all I get is, sorry there is nothing we can do! I've lost since Sept 21st, over 25k plus all the tools for my work! Please remember, its my 3rd purchase at their dealership and it will be the last!!!! They are holding my work truck hostige and I'm on the verge of Bankruptsy! I have never, ever heard of a worst company ruining a customer of theirs! I will be sending my story EVERYWHERE! This is the worst thing ever! More
I attended this dealership with a trade that was low kms (under 90,000) in exceptional condition inside and out. My research online found similar vehicles selling for $22-24,000 so I expected to get an offe (under 90,000) in exceptional condition inside and out. My research online found similar vehicles selling for $22-24,000 so I expected to get an offer around $18-19,000 giving them space for a good profit. We test drove 2 vehicles worth $50,000 each and settled on the one. The salesman offered $13,000 for mine tax included. I stood up to leave. He ran to the sales manager and came back with another $500. Just a joke. I said that I would not waste anymore of my time and the salesman (Denny) commented that he didn’t want to waste any more of his time too when it’s his job to try and make a decent deal! To note we found the dealership scuzzy and the showroom jammed with salespersons like a 3rd world call Center. Probably the worst dealership I’ve ever been in….. but for a decent deal I could look past that. Today I received $18,000 for my trade on a similar vehicle at another Dodge dealership, funny how they could do so much better??? In conclusion avoid this place, it smells like a rat because it is! More
Just bought 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from this dealership 1 week ago. This is the 3rd vehice I have bought from Moncton Chrysler and they are super easy to negotiate with, Traded my 2017 Jeep Cherokee North, which I bought new from them, and they gave me top dollar on trade. Mat Ivaney, the sales rep I deal with, is awsome. Sent my daughter to him and they gave her great deal on a late model used sedan. For my next vehicle I will look no where else. WELL as usual a very shady dealer . . over priced and sneaky when someone ask a question about about the truck in question .. very common statement being passed on to customers ... I would of bought one 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 .. I just wanted it safety inspected ..as soon as I wanted pictures of the truck ..underneath ... all of a sudden it was sold ... I went through 3 sales people LOL ... What they do In NS if then cant fine a customer to buy the piece of junk first it is sold at the auction ... You would think for $ 18000 pus tax ..high priced a lot ..it could be safety inspected ... its the way it went down how I was treated .. however I would not expect anything less from most dealers..I will pass the word on ... also had 3 of these trucks before ..never from these guys More

From first email to receiving my car was 3 days. I highly recommend this Jason and the dealership. When I arrived each person I crossed paths with said hello it all felt safe and friendly everyone was helpful. I love the old building. I don’t think they should ever build a new building it’s warm and friendly. Not like other cookie cutter dealership they are cold and uncomfortable feeling like you might leave footprints on the floors. The whole place brought back memories of tagging along as a child with my dad when he was buying his new cars growing up. Thank you A happy customer Jason Jenkins More
