I don't find their service department has the best customer service; they are always running late and they are not really considerate of people time. After we bought each of our vehicles we always say "we're not going back because of the service".....thank goodness for Richard. My husband has wanted a Dodge Ram truck for awhile and Richard worked and searched until he found one for us in our price range etc. I would recommend anyone to go see Richard!! More

Worked until the problem was solved I took my 2010 Dodge Caliber in because there were sudden strange sounds coming from the brake area. While it took seven trips to finally figure out t I took my 2010 Dodge Caliber in because there were sudden strange sounds coming from the brake area. While it took seven trips to finally figure out the cause of the sounds, the team worked diligently to figure it out. They invited to me to come in without an appointment after each service if I found that the problem wasn't corrected. They cleaned, oiled, and replaced almost everything that could be cleaned, oiled and replaced. In the end, they replaced the brakes (which had been replaced only one year earlier) at no charge to me. I waited a few weeks before posting my review as I wanted to be sure that the issue was in fact resolved, and I'm happy to say that it is. There have been no further unexplained sounds coming from the brakes of the vehicle. Thank you to Dave, Terry and Frank for not giving up and for not just telling me to turn up the music. :-) More

Since then I have purchased 4 more I bought the first new Jeep Grand Cherokee ever sold by Moncton Chrysler when they acquired the franchise in 1993. Since then I have purchased 4 more Grand Cherokees and 3 Ram trucks and my wife has purchased several vehicles as well as 3 of my children. Their service department does the servicing and we have never been stranded on the road over that period. They are great to deal with, and Darren Crossman has been exceptional in finding the vehicles we wanted at the best price, and is never too busy to help.
