Ken was the first sales person who I would call a friend. He didn't try to convince us of anything we didn't want or needed and was extremely patient with our particular taste. We dealt with him for a long period of time, tested many vehicles and he got to know exactly what we wanted. He would only suggest what he honestly believed we would be interested in. He kept us up to date with various vehicles the dealership would acquire in stock and would also let us know when they had some good deals going on. We initially did not want a new vehicle and he didn't pressure us to go that route. I still remember the Saturday morning he called us up and told us they were having some awesome deals that day. He even suggested we browse the dealerships website while we were on the phone with him and told us which vehicles could interest us and what kind of savings we could expect. We ended up getting a new vehicle with pretty much everything option we wanted for the price range we looking at for a used vehicle. He stayed with us until he personally attached the license plate to our brand new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. It's been over a year now since we purchased and we still keep in touch with Ken. Whenever we would bring our vehicle for maintenance and such, we normally touch base. Once we are in the market for another vehicle, we will without a doubt want to deal with Ken again. We think highly of Ken as a sales person. His ways of doing business never had us doubting his honesty. More
