Mike wasted no time getting my options in order and kept in touch to keep me updated on progress. In less than a week (with the help of the lovely Suzanne Beggs!) I had financing and test drove a vehicle. My life and work schedule (like many!) is crazy and all over the place, but they were always available. My questions and concerns after the test drive were immediately dealt with; no impatience or hesitation and I was in my car within 24 hours. Everything was seamless and stress free! :) More

Purchase of a new Ram i went in to Moncton Chrysler to inquire about a new truck, I was greated by a salesman John Thorley, he was very friendly , helpful and could answer i went in to Moncton Chrysler to inquire about a new truck, I was greated by a salesman John Thorley, he was very friendly , helpful and could answer all my questions about what I was looking for, I then left the dealership to think things over and John respected that and didn't pressure me , that I really appreciated, after a few days he called me back and with the help of Mike they were able to get me the term and a price I was confortable with, so I agreed to by it, when i came back to the dealership to sign the paper work I was guided through all that by Jeanette in finance , she was also very nice , she knows her job really well and she was well organized and this made this process seamless, this is the second new truck I by from this dealership and when it comes time to trade again this is where I will go , had great friendly service! Bad Service It' seem that the service department don't take pride on servicing there customer We bough a brand new Ram 1500 in 2012 and a Use Avenger 2011 we are It' seem that the service department don't take pride on servicing there customer We bough a brand new Ram 1500 in 2012 and a Use Avenger 2011 we are Having problems with the avenger we still have warranty and all they do is give a hard time for them to fix the problem we told them what the problem was and they just don't listen to what you say they make you feel like an idiot. I won't recommend any body to buy a vehicle from them. This is the second we brought the avenger and we got the same treatment. I'm sick and tired of arguing with them. I will be there today to again to try to solve this problem. More
