Poor Dealership Brought my ram to the dealership for warranty repairs (electrical) and we drove up from Saint John, NB and my sales man said and the service guy knew Brought my ram to the dealership for warranty repairs (electrical) and we drove up from Saint John, NB and my sales man said and the service guy knew we were driving from SJ and said we will get a car from there lot as it could take up to 3 days to find and fix the problem. As we got to the dealership I went to see are salesman and he was not in we talk to another person and told us it is no problem I will get that taken care of. They came back said can't get a car or a rental that is covered by warranty. What a waste disposal trip from SJ. We buy a Ram from the dealer every 2 yrs but from now on WON'T be buying or recommening this dealership to friends or family again for the poor service from Moncton Dodge Dealer Again. I called back to talk to the manger and told him what had happened and he said nothing he can do for you. I said I have another question for you said doesn't care and hanged up on me. I do a lot of business there and I guess time to take my business some place else. More
