A good first step to see if the idea of that car met the reality was to do a test drive, so that's exactly what I did. Pulling into the dealership, I saw exactly the car I wanted to test drive in under 30 seconds. Once I went inside, I met Paul Goguen and he quickly got me set up for a test drive. After doing some highway and side streets, I was pretty pleased with how the car handled and the overall difference from my prior vehicle (a 2009 Honda Fit, that I absolutely loved, but wasn't necessarily the best thing ever on long trips). After the test drive, I told Paul that I wasn't necessarily in a rush to buy a new car, since my current vehicle still worked incredibly well, but it's something I would be happy to consider depending on how the numbers lined up with a vehicle trade-in and payment options looked like. We went through the details about my current car and what payments would look like with the new vehicle and Paul was an absolute joy to deal with. He was patient, kind and explained things incredibly clearly whenever I had any questions. I don't buy a vehicles very often, so even though some of my questions might have seemed incredibly basic, he never once batted an eye as to what I was asking and provided me with exactly the information I was looking for. Within a few hours of walking into the dealership, I was leaving with a new-to-me vehicle and was incredibly happy and confident with my purchase, thanks in no small part to Paul's relaxed, laid back manner and his knowledge of what we could and couldn't do in terms of the sale. Needless to say, I'll definitely make Moncton Chrsyler Dodge one of the 1st places I go to check for a new vehicle and would be more than pleased to do business with Paul again! More

Scott Legacy and his Terrible Service I had a little problem with my newish Dodge Caravan (only 7k mileage), the engine light came one so I took it in just to make sure that nothing seriou I had a little problem with my newish Dodge Caravan (only 7k mileage), the engine light came one so I took it in just to make sure that nothing serious was wrong. I was sent to Scott Legacy, who after I explained it had just come on, shrugged his shoulders at me and asked me what should he do about it; I asked if someone could come with the little computer and take the 3 minutes to read the code, and all I got was, there is 65 appointments that day and no time at all. This service advisor didn't seem to care about my problem, nor want to give the slightest inkling of help at all. If you must go to MCS, avoid this service advisor. More
