We did our homework before going the next step and we are very thankful that we choose the right dealership with the right frame of mind for our situation & purchase. From our first email and phone conversation with Jonathan Arsenault who recently helped one of my best buds purchase a 2014 Dodge Ram Larmie, to the test drive set up, to the sit down and discussion with regards to the ordering of our Cherokee, everything was handled very professionally (compared to previous transactions at other local dealerships in previous years), from the financial aspect to the simple hand shakes at the end of our chit chats, it was personalized, plain and simple and made us feel very comfortable with our decision going forward. Our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland arrived a month before our given time line which was a big plus in my books, the day it landed in Moncton we had it by 6pm.. no bumps in the road, it was done and over with. The dealership was busy as always but things got done as promised in a very timely fashion. Met a young man in the parts department who looked high and low and found us the desired Jeep floor coverings that we wanted. Very pleasant and nothing like a service with a smile. Doug Ellis in the finance office, solid fella, great personality has great knowledge of the Jeep product (warranties/financial), something you look for in today's world. Nothing like making a financial transaction with a good laugh. When management in a Car Dealership (Drew Galloway) gets out of his chair in the office when the place is very very very busy, walks over, enters a social conversation, makes time, checks if everything is ok, makes it personal and shakes our hands, that says a lot, it means a lot and that is reflected in the overall experience of our purchase. We highly recommend Moncton Chrysler Jeep Dodge and when you get too choose a complimentary gift (we took the Sony Camera) from a huge buffet of electronics, coolers, tools, etc. when you are about to drive off the lot, I honestly can't say anymore. We thought we were going to Moncton to get an assessment on our Mike Jones and the staff at Moncton Chrysler Jeep Dodge are AWESOME with a Capital A! We thought we were going to Moncton to get an assessment on our 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 because it was a Saturday. Mike made sure we were leaving with another vehicle that day. Not only did he have finance staff on hand for on-site approval, he let us take our "garbage" out of the box and clear out the dash of our old truck while we waited. We didn't even clean it. Our over-all experience there was absolutely wonderful! They were very patient and understanding - we took out at least 4 vehicles for a test drive before we made a final decision. I would recommend Mike Jones and Moncton Chrysler Jeep Dodge to anyone. We even got a free gift at the end of the day. Way to go everyone! :) More

A good first step to see if the idea of that car met the reality was to do a test drive, so that's exactly what I did. Pulling into the dealership, I saw exactly the car I wanted to test drive in under 30 seconds. Once I went inside, I met Paul Goguen and he quickly got me set up for a test drive. After doing some highway and side streets, I was pretty pleased with how the car handled and the overall difference from my prior vehicle (a 2009 Honda Fit, that I absolutely loved, but wasn't necessarily the best thing ever on long trips). After the test drive, I told Paul that I wasn't necessarily in a rush to buy a new car, since my current vehicle still worked incredibly well, but it's something I would be happy to consider depending on how the numbers lined up with a vehicle trade-in and payment options looked like. We went through the details about my current car and what payments would look like with the new vehicle and Paul was an absolute joy to deal with. He was patient, kind and explained things incredibly clearly whenever I had any questions. I don't buy a vehicles very often, so even though some of my questions might have seemed incredibly basic, he never once batted an eye as to what I was asking and provided me with exactly the information I was looking for. Within a few hours of walking into the dealership, I was leaving with a new-to-me vehicle and was incredibly happy and confident with my purchase, thanks in no small part to Paul's relaxed, laid back manner and his knowledge of what we could and couldn't do in terms of the sale. Needless to say, I'll definitely make Moncton Chrsyler Dodge one of the 1st places I go to check for a new vehicle and would be more than pleased to do business with Paul again! More
