Paul has always been very helpful, and every time I am in the market for another vehicle, Paul always seems to find exactly what we're looking for. Paul's easy no-pressure approach is very refreshing in a market filled with high pressure "get in, get out" sales tactics. He works with his customers one-on-tone, to find a vehicle that suits their needs and budget, rather than putting them in a car they might regret buying down the road. Also, Paul is very knowledge when it comes to the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep line up. Product knowledge is the difference between a professional and an amateur, and I am surprised how many other salesmen don't know their products. Mr. Goguen is certainly a professional. Lastly, Paul is salesman that values your business. I have met other salesmen that forget your name and who you are the moment you roll off the lot with your new vehicle. Not Mr. Goguen. If you run into him after hours outside of the office, he is quick to offer a warm and courteous greeting. If every salesman took the old fashioned approach that Paul does, the car buying experience wouldn't be something many people fear. Keep up the good work Pauly! More

He got be a great deal on a used rubicon jeep and we had everything done by the end of the day. Fast forward six months, i received a letter in the mail telling me they were willing to give me top dollar for my rubicon and get me a brand new 2014. Once again i went right in and talked to John and not only did he give me top dollar for my jeep he got me an excellent deal on the 2014 which only had 6 km on it. Had me on the road by noon the next day. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and be sure to give John a shout if your looking for a new vehicle. More

This was our second purchase from Paul and will be life long customers if anyone is looking for a car new or used I would send them to MCD and see Paul in a heartbeat. Also our experience with Doug was fantastic as well! Very good team at MCD makes the other chrysler dealership in the city look like a bunch of amateurs. More
A great and easy experience I purchased a new RAM 1500 Limited on May 16th 2014. It was specially ordered direct from the factory. It took quite a while for the vehicle to get to the dealership. The delay had nothing to do with Moncton Chrysler. The salesman I dealt with, John Thorley, made sure I was kept up to date through it all. He kept in touch frequently. When I arrived at the dealership, I felt right at home. John gave me excellent sales service. We toured the building, he showed me my new truck (it got a nice cleaning and shine after some of their staff had drooled all over it). I then got a chance to earn extra savings by stepping into their whacky booth. After that we headed over to financing. Doug Ellis made that part a breeze. He explained everything and was quite helpful. I was awarded all the savings I was entitled to, making my purchase all the better. I also dealt with a few other employees here & there throughout the process. All were helpful and friendly with us. I'm now enjoying my new RAM 1500 Limited; an awesome and a more unique version of the RAM made even better by my excellent experience at Moncton Chrysler. A special thanks to John Thorley. No waiting at all, he brought us in his office and took notes on what my husband and myself was looking for in a vehicle. He took the time to really listen to each of our needs and wants for a family vehicle. There was not a moment that I felt pressured. Dwight made me feel very comfortable and made arrangements for us to really drive our vehicle to make sure this was the one we wanted to buy. It was nice that he made us feel like family not just another person buying a vehicle. I would highly recommend anybody buying a vehicle to go sit and chat with Dwight. More
