We understand this is ideal Donny. The boosting issue would have existed from the time they would have done it wrong and not much later, I am glad the team so value in refunding you regardless. Batteries can be a problem in the winter when vehicles don't get started often so we have lots of experience making sure all 400 start and move. This is a very common question and a lot of it comes from the difference in how it works nowadays versus years ago. We book the appointments to control the flow as there are 40 - 50 appointments per day, the time is to meet the advisor who does their best to triage the issues, check for parts availability and what tech is needed for the repair based on if warranty is required, specialized tools or specialized training. From there we do our best to get the vehicle diagnosed, parts ordered (sometimes they need to come from a warehouse) and repairs complete. Based on those parameters the appointments are booked with a promise time of 16:30 unless the client requires it earlier. We may have miscommunicated this when the appointment was booked for you. Let us know next time and we can change the promise time if it is for routine maintenance. We appreciate you choosing Moncton Chrysler for your Promaster.

Waiters are the appointments that are pre-scheduled as waiting for the vehicle. The bulk of the repairs made in the shop require highly trained technicians, ordering parts, etc and in order to keep the shop flowing without delays we schedule a certain amount of waiters per day.
