He asked what I wanted in a truck, and then showed me exactly that. He knew the ins-and-outs of the vehicle, all the little details, and could answer all of my questions quickly and with confidence. John was pleasant, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about fitting that truck into my budget. We may not have made it easy for him, but he knew his stuff and handled it with ease. In the end I got exactly the truck I wanted, at a price I'm comfortable paying. After the sales aspect was said and done, I dealt with Rejean Arsenault in finance, and was just as happy with the service I received there. Lighthearted, yet professional.
