His follow up service (detailing, plates, follow up services) is spot on! Paul took the time to know what we were interested in, what our concerns were, and brought in the team members needed to complete this deal quickly and efficiently (never had to wait long at all!) Doug was very helpful during the paperwork/finance items. Bringing a child during the buying process can be challenging at times, he was entertaining, engaging, and brought lots of laughter! We were unsure at first about our purchase. Was it right for us?
