He asked what I wanted in a truck, and then showed me exactly that. He knew the ins-and-outs of the vehicle, all the little details, and could answer all of my questions quickly and with confidence. John was pleasant, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about fitting that truck into my budget. We may not have made it easy for him, but he knew his stuff and handled it with ease. In the end I got exactly the truck I wanted, at a price I'm comfortable paying. The day we got to Moncton to make the deal, we found a nice dent in the door, a parting gift from someone who was parked next to it before we arrived. Not only was everyone in the store friendly and helpful, but Richard did everything he could to make sure we were very happy with the purchase. The vehicle got repaired and delivered to us this weekend, and there is NO sign there ever was damage.
