This is where I was able to meet the very personable Mike Jones who called me quickly. Saturday I decided to make the 1 1/2 trip to Moncton to see what they had on the lot. Mike was able to show me and allow me to test drive the 2013 Chrysler 200. He was able to meet my price point and I was at one point flabbergasted as there was nothing for me to haggle over. He was able to meet all my requirements. Easiest purchase ever! I was looking at a Dodge Grand Caravan at a dealer in Fredericton when they became pushy and manipulative, so I searched the net and came across Monc I was looking at a Dodge Grand Caravan at a dealer in Fredericton when they became pushy and manipulative, so I searched the net and came across Moncton Chrysler. Found the vehicle I wanted and sent them an email. Received a response back from Ken within a matter of minutes. The vehicle I was looking at was gone but he gave me another option. I liked it so I told him what I wanted and he did what he needed to. Only a few emails and call from himself and Dwight and the deal was done. Thinking to myself "ok what are they going to be like once we make the 3.5 hour drove and get there". Maybe they would try to up sell to a different vehicle, or get all these extras to increase the sale. Well a colleague and myself walked in, got Dwight (who by the way is the one of the friendliest and most kind sales guys I have ever dealt with) he threw me the keys and said to take my new wheels for a drive before they did anything. Went for a drive, came back and they started to get the tires done. Went over with Suzanne to do the paperwork and then back to the show room. A little wait to have the tires done, but then they weren't balanced properly per the shop so they did them again instead of just sending me on my way. Truly appreciated the service and knowing that we weren't an in convince. This was by far worth the 3.5 hour drive. I will be emailing Dwight and Ken when I am ready to get another vehicle. Highly recommend Moncton Chrysler. More
