I got exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted. Dan worked extremely hard to get me exactly what I wanted in features in my new van. I found him very easy to deal with and did not get the sense of being forced to make decisions I wasn't ready to make. He gave us a van to try out and we ended up buying it. I told him what price we were willing to pay for it and he worked his magic and got us the deal we were looking for.
